What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
If you cancel the reservation :
= More than 45 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 10% on invoice amount (banking fee + administration fee)
= 45 days to 30 days preceding your check-in date : you pay 1 nights room charge. If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged.
= 30 days preceding or No Show : 100% advance paid. If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.
If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.
If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.
Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.
Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID or fax on +91 011 47534730.
Only, Otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy. Wedding Booking will neither be cancelled nor modified. No deposit will be refunded

In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, Airfare, Transport, govt. tax, fuel etc we are bound to augment the same. Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis
How about the Credit Cards Refunds?
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
